Warranty

At Water Slide Inflatable, we stand behind the durability and quality of every product we manufacture. All of our inflatable units are built to meet the highest industry standards and are designed for long-lasting performance.

To give you added peace of mind, we include a one-year limited warranty on all commercial-grade inflatables and a 90-day limited warranty on residential inflatables.

What’s Covered:

We will repair any unit with defects caused by faulty workmanship, including:

  • Seam tears or separations

  • Fabric rips caused by production flaws

  • Openings due to defective stitching

All qualifying repairs will be made at no cost to you during the warranty period.

What’s Not Covered:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper or unsafe usage

  • Poor storage practices

  • Accidental damage or vandalism

  • Neglect or lack of routine maintenance

  • Zipper defects (unless due to manufacturer fault)

For maximum product longevity, always follow safety guidelines, use ground covers, and store inflatables properly when not in use.
