Acceptance of Orders

Welcome to Water Slide Inflatable. We provide our products subject to the following Terms and Conditions, which may be updated periodically without prior notice. You may review the most current version at: https://waterslideinflatable.com

Water Slide Inflatable accepts and confirms your order for the items and goods listed on the sales invoice. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below. No additional or conflicting terms will apply unless agreed to in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Water Slide Inflatable.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify all applicable laws and regulations in their local area regarding the purchase and use of Water Slide Inflatable products. The buyer also acknowledges that it is their duty to obtain all necessary licenses or certifications before using any Water Slide Inflatable product.

We are not responsible for any typographical or clerical errors in quotations, orders, or publications.

Prices

Unless otherwise stated, all product prices are F.O.B. Philadelphia or Livonia, Michigan. Prices, discounts, quotations, and specifications are subject to change without notice unless a deposit or full payment has already been made.

Payment

All charges must be paid in U.S. dollars. The payment structure is as follows:

  • A 60% deposit is required for all custom items, including name tags, custom designs, or non-standard colors.

  • A 25% deposit is required to reserve in-stock units.

  • The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days after the unit becomes available.

  • Orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.

Sales Tax

All prices exclude sales tax. Buyers are responsible for any applicable taxes related to the sale or use of products. The buyer agrees to indemnify Water Slide Inflatable from all tax liabilities, including penalties, if the buyer fails to meet exemption qualifications.

Shipment

Shipping is contingent on timely receipt of full payment and complete delivery details. Goods are considered delivered once consigned to the carrier, at which point risk of loss transfers to the buyer.

Manufacturing defects must be reported in writing within 10 days of delivery. If no shipping method is specified, Water Slide Inflatable will choose one at its discretion. All shipping-related costs (insurance, customs, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Product Availability

We reserve the right to discontinue products or make design changes at any time without obligation to retrofit previous models.

Copyrights

All logos, trademarks, images, designs, and content are the intellectual property of Water Slide Inflatable. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited and may result in legal action. Buyers must notify us of any suspected third-party infringement.

Return & Cancellation Policy

  • Buyers have 7 days from delivery to report defects or damage.

  • Water Slide Inflatable will repair manufacturing defects either locally or at a designated facility.

  • To cancel an order, buyers must obtain return authorization within 7 days of receipt.

  • All returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • A 15% restocking fee and all shipping/payment processing costs apply to returns.

  • Custom-manufactured items are non-refundable.

  • If an order is canceled after production begins, Water Slide Inflatable reserves the right to retain part or all of the payment to cover incurred costs.

  • Buyers are responsible for obtaining any required state certifications.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, we are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

Product Tolerances

All weights, colors, and dimensions are approximate and fall within industry-standard tolerances.

Insurance Requirement

Buyers must maintain general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 when using or renting products purchased from Water Slide Inflatable.

Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any legal action must be brought in Wayne County Superior Court or the U.S. District Court for Michigan. The prevailing party will be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and legal expenses.

Limited Warranty

Water Slide Inflatable guarantees its products against material defects under the following terms:

  • Commercial inflatables and dunk tanks: One (1) year from shipment or pickup date

  • Residential inflatables and sumo suits: Ninety (90) days

  • Accessories (e.g., hand trucks): Thirty (30) days

  • Blowers: Warranty provided by the blower manufacturer

Note: No warranty is offered for zippers, netting, Velcro, basketball hoops, gloves, cords, tarps, sandbags, or storage bags. Wear and slide covers are not covered and may require replacement.

All tents, zorb balls, water balls, chairs, and clearance items are sold “as is.” Color variation is not considered a defect. All warranty claims are subject to inspection, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

Improper use, lack of maintenance, or neglect voids the warranty. Buyers must always use stakes, tie-downs, and ground covers. Warranties apply only to the original purchaser.

Limitation of Liability

Water Slide Inflatable is not liable for incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use its products.
