All shipping prices listed on this website are based on delivery to a business address equipped with a loading dock or forklift. If you require liftgate service, please make sure to add this option at checkout.

Return Policy

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to report any defects or damages. If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, we will either repair it locally or at a designated service facility.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must request a refund and return authorization within 7 days of receiving the item. All returned products must be unused, in new condition, and packed in the original packaging.

Please note:

• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs and payment processing fees.

• Any repairs required to restore the returned item(s) to like-new condition will be billed to the buyer.

• Custom-manufactured products are non-returnable.
